Aundi Lesley

 


Aundi was named Downtown Development Director in August of 2020. She discovered her passion for economic development and supporting small businesses when she joined the City of Carrollton as Main Street Director. During her tenure, over 20 new businesses opened in the historic district, 65 new jobs were created and over $10 million in public-private investment was made in Downtown Carrollton. She earned her degree in Business Management from the University of West Georgia. She graduated from the Georgia Academy of Economic Development in 2017 and received her Downtown Development Authority training certificate in 2018. Aundi is currently attending the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Rome Class of XXXVIII. She plans to continue her training in economic development to support and grow Rome's vibrant downtown.

Megan received her Bachelor's in Communications specializing in Public Relations, as well as a Master's in Public Administration, from Jacksonville State University. While at Jacksonville State, Treglown enjoyed her time as a Marching Ballerina during her undergraduate years, and later served as a graduate assistant with Residence Life while obtaining a Master's. Treglown was raised right outside of Rome in Plainville and has deep ties to the Rome area. She previously worked at the Rome Braves for a total of seven seasons, working consistently with events and promotions. Megan is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Rome Class of XXXVI (2019) and also graduated from the Georgia Academy for Academic Development in 2019. She serves on the Heart of the Community Board, as well as the JSU Greater Alumni Board. Treglown loves working with the downtown community.
